where is my sub

7 speaker does not have a sub. Sunday I had a chance to check out a 2011 Sport RC at the dealer and it had the alpine 7 speaker system. YOu have 3 on the dash, one on each door and one on each back corner of the truck. You have that big storage container behind the seats

you have 6x9s in the 4 locations. I bet your amp is setup better than mine. Since I have the sub most of the bass is set to the sub. I have a QC and the doors are filtered. Fronts do mid to mid bass and rears do mids to highs. I wish they are full range. I know I'd get more bass out of my setup then.

On my 2013 QC with the Alpine, the front door speakers have probably as much bass as the sub. Sound deaden your doors and bass gets even better.
