i just bought a used 2014 Ram. When i press media it will say aux connected when there is nothing plugged in. When i plug in a aux cord the press media it will immediately say that nothing is connected and switch back to the radio. This is the first vehicle that i have had with aux/usb connections so I am not sure if something is wrong or if there is a problem with the system. Any help would be appreciated.
