I have a 2003 Dodge ram 3500 quad cab. My power windows began to work on and off about 18 months ago. Then the only way to roll the windows down was by the master switch on the drivers door. Now none of the windows work. I replaced the master switch with a new one and it still will not work. I then checked for power to the switch and there is no power. I traced the wires through the door and into the door jam. I pulled the rubber boot out of the door jam to find another quick connet harness. I pulled the harnwss apart and there is no power to the harness. I need help finding where this harness goes and how to fix it. I have been without being able to use my windows and would greatly appriciate being able to use them agan.
