In dash Nav screen Issues

I'm the owner of a 2006 Ram 1500 Mega Cab, it's a Laramie edition, so it has the in dash Nav, and just recently the screen of the Nav system started to flicker, and come on and off as it seemed to please. The radio still plays, but the buttons don't work, and the CD player wont work unless the screen flicks on. Has anyone had this issue before and will I have to purchase a new deck? if so, does anyone have any recommendations for a good after market deck that will work with the existing bluetooth and VES in the rear?
