I have the factory navigation and it uses the same bezel as all the other trucks
Hard to say from the pic, but that looks like DIN 1/2, not a full double.
That would be cool.

My uncles 08 Mega has the factory nav, his I BELIEVE is a double din...

The 06s and up all you need is the nav bezel, you can get those cheap online, the 02s-05s all have the older style where you gotta hack into it.

He could give the bezel a different edge or depth with the mdf. Bondo over the mdf and paint it would look like a one off unit. Thats what I got from his post.
