You need to get this oem nav bezel to either add an aftermarket double din or the factory nav.

I'd go with an aftermarket radio with nav since the oem ones for your year weren't touch screen and it would be much easier to add a backup camera, ipod, ect. to an aftermarket unit.

Nope. 06-08 Ram 1500s and 06-09 Ram 2500-3500s used this radio which isn't touch screen.

I think maybe he means can you put a 4th Gen OEM NAVI touch screen into his truck. Something like this:

They aren't the same size and i'm sure the plugs on the back are different.
