Help!! Running Lights Won't Turn Off

I have a 2004 1500 slt, my running lights will not turn off. I have begun pulling the relay in order to keep them off.

Also my instrumental panel brightness will not rise without turning on the interior lights.

Has anyone had this problem before??

Have you tried a new relay ?

I've read the front control module FCM can cause this ; however, it's usually traced to a corroded grounds in the fuse box aka PDC Power Distribution Center.
