HID Help please.

i ran into a stumble on the HID kit. if anyone can help that would be awesome. i can video stream what i am doing live if that can help aswell. but here is my video. thanks!

so i figured out the cords i did not know. they are the resistors. still a little iffy on the connections i have.

I have no sound at work but looks like everything is there just needs to be connected. I can try looking when I get home in a few to see whats going on in the vid. I deff saw the resistor and ballast and the bulbs looked like they were already in.

On my setup the resistors are looped with the light then straight into the ballasts. The 3 leads coming from that light are going to be plugged into your factory harness. Hope that helps.

on both sides does it go into the factory harness?

and so it is Lights->resistor->ballest?

Yep you got the idea bud. My kit is older but had the factory plug on it where yours dont but has a similar wire setup.

On the grounds run them under a bolt on the fender. The Ballests fit best on the cross support infront of the radiator. The relay is best put on the upper support on the drivers side. Far as the relays I have mine stuck over behind the lights on the fender support.

ok, try this Nick:

all bulbs come with those extra connectors on them - they are used on some vehicles, not in the Ram though.

so was that set up correct?

and on the OEM connector i did not see anywhere where it could plug in.
there was a blue adapter that i thought the 3 stray wires off of the lights plugged in.

and the extra connector is the part that has the snap on?

i have the kit right next to me im gonna try and set it up again and ill take a pic.

ok this is the set up i got from the picture you put up.
that Blue part goes into where the old light was plugged into and the female wire near the relay, the short wire, im not to sure where that goes.
and for the blue adapter is that the wire set up?
