Led blinker problem

I just installed some new LEDs on my 11 2500. The lights work but the computer think that the bulbs are out and tells me that they are not working. Is there a fix for this?

I tried installing some resistors on one side and trying it but nothing happened. It's weird because all the lights work fine but it like a relay cant work with the bulbs.
