So i had 1100 lumens led headlights. They worked good but i wanted brighter ones. So i got 3000 lumens. And right from the start they flickered with them on running lights. But you would turn then on all the way and the come on good and bright. But then the quite even flickering. They dont turn on untill you turn them all the way on. I tested the voltage. And they are not getting power. I did not have any time to look into it more. So what is going on?? And sorry if it is not explained very well..... im running on a couple hours of sleep. ...
