The main thing you need to look at is where the subwoofers amp is getting signal. If you want to use the stock headunit, your going to have to use something like this:

Scosche LOC80 2-channel line output converter at Crutchfield.com

You would wire this device in line with a door speaker, ideally this installs an output for the subwoofers signal. From here you would install the rest.

If you install the Jenson headunit, it may have this output available on the back of the unit and you would not have to buy a output converter.
You may not like the look, but the functions and features are nice to have.

Let me know if you need any help. I installed my setup.

As for the box, are you looking for a underseat enclosure? Or something that goes on top of the seats?

There are good ones and cheap ones.

Cheap:

The best underseat enclosure is a foxbox. They have options for dual 10"s or dueal 12"s, or singles.

Check it out: http://www.foxacoustics.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=40

These are the best enclosures, I am about to purchase one.

do you want a single or dual? 12 or 10? Vented or Sealed?

I have a 10" vented Foxbox that is going up for sale VERY soon. :D

IMO, nothing better than a Foxbox. Put a double DIN head unit in there and it makes it even better.
