Pioneer double din install problems

So I tried hooking up a pioneer double din radio today in my 05 Dodge Ram 1500. Wired it all up and no sound. There was an extra ground wire, extra yellow wire and a brown wire for mute not used. I bought a wiring harness then wired it up to my pioneer touch screen and can't get sound. Anyone have advice or have this problem ?

If you have a factory amp and granted you have the correct harness then iirc you need to hook up the remote wire.

Go to crutchfield.com and verify that you have the correct harness for your vehicle. Infinity systems require different connections. Put your cd player in and see what accessories it recommends if you haven't already. If you have the right stuff, then doibke check your wiring.
