Mine is starting to sag because my bumper is sagging and I just need to reposition it. Besides that it is very solid, I want to upgrade to a ranch hand though. I have hit a few trees with it and even used it to hook a strap to when I was stuck and it ended up almost completely yanking the grill gaurd off of the ford that was trying to pull me out! My gaurd didnt budge at all!

yes in the lower valence part and right under the hood above the bumper, you will have to trim the lower valence plastic or just remove it all together. I just cut mine to fit
