Radio code ?

My '03 RAM 1500 has a RBK radio (with CD). Can anybody tell me if this rado has a code ? And if it has, where I can find it ? I did not see any in the doc, but I prefer ask the question, as I need to disconnect my battery, and I do not want to risk to get my radio out of order due to a code problem.

That radio shouldn't have a code. If a radio has a code, it will be printed on a little card that came with the paperwork when the truck was purchased.

Do what you gotta do, and worst case scenario if it has a code the dealership can get you the code from the radio serial number.

Nah, it will be just fine. It's the fancier new CAN bus radios that have that problem.

Effectively, I disconnected my battery this week end, and everything started without problem when reconnected. The radio works great. :roflsquared:
