I recently installed a new pigtail connector for my headlight on the driver side because the old one was corroded. I just used some butt connectors to connect the 3 wires and it was succesful. I then was testing everything and for some reason the left turn signal now flashes rapidly and the rear left turn signal works and the front (where i just replaced the headlight) dosent work. Here is the thing, the bulb works if i turn on the parking lamps, its just the blinking function is gone and the back blinks rapidly. I didnt accidently cut any wires to the front blinker by accident. Anyone know what this could be?

Swap with the bulb on the other side to see if the bulb is bad. Or just put in new. Maybe vibration from moving things around broke just the turn signal filament. The rapid flash usually happens when a bulb is out.

Not related to the turn signal, but did you seal the butt connectors with some heat shrink tube?

A heat gun would do it too (or maybe even a hair dryer)
