Error Message - "See dealer"

Has anyone ever gotten an error message on the 8.4 screen that say something of the likes; "Phone Error please contact dealer".

The red light and 911 button were illuminated on my rear view mirror.

Didn't repeat itself after I got back in the next time to head home.

Radio detects a problem in the antenna path for the cellular circuit. Could be antenna or wiring.

is your truck a factory 8.4 truck or did you add the 8.4 radio?

It is factory. bought the truck new, so no previous owners to mess with anything. i did add a LOC, amp, and subs. but that was forever ago and wouldn't have anything to do with the "phone"

My 8.4an was showing this message after 1.5 years of use.The radio required a update that was downloaded by the dealer and covered under warranty.

Error Message - "See dealer"
