Im in the process of changing all my fluids over to Amsoil, mainly front and rear diffs, and transfer case next. how do i find out which transfer case and diffs i have so i can order the proper lubricants?

No, I've been using amsoil for years on all of my vehicles, including my racecar, it has never failed me.
