So here's my question my wife has a 2013 dodge Durango and it has the uconnect unit that allows to play music bluetooth. She never uses it other than to use the navigation. She listens to the radio. (Pop country crap). My unit has the navigation but doesn't have the ability to stream wireless music. Could I switch the units? Would it allow me to achieve to stream wireless music in my truck.
