Rattling noise after start up?

So after I start my truck I hear a rattling noise. It's not every single time I start her up. It started once I installed my mufflex dodm80, but I have checked all the bolts and made sure they are tight. Does anyone know what this could be?

Possible leak? Part of the interior of the muffler broke? Couple possibilities.
