'13 2500, driver side wiper arm about 4 to 5 inches from pillar side of windshield. I would like to move wiper arm, I removed the nut but no release. Try with a small puller? Suggestions?

Usually you can wiggle them back and forth and they'll release. It's a pressed taper so it will take a little effort to get it off.
