I just got my truck updated by the dealership to 16.09.09
I'll did the update to my phone but I guess there's another minor update for my iPhone so I'll do that and see if that's the issue. It's beyond frustrating when the dealership has no clue

I got your PM but since there other people are having this issue I thought I would help publicly instead. I would recommend updating your iPhone and Uconnect system to the latest software available. If this doesn't solve your problem I would recommend deleting the pairing off of the Uconnect system and your phone and trying to re-pair it. Finally, if this doesn't help I would try doing a soft reset of your Uconnect system:
1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN) **For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal**
2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons at the same time for thirty seconds.
3) Let go of the buttons
4) Turn vehicle off
5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds
6) Close door
7) Restart vehicle
8) Let the media centre load up and see if concern is still present
Please let me know if this works, I will be happy to look into it further for anyone still having issues!
