widest wheels on stock 2500 megacab 4x4 with 18 in stock wheels

guys,
There is SO much info on here that it's hard to figure out what I need.

I've got the stock firestone AT 275/70/18 on there.
I drive a LOT (28K in 9 months), but I still want something wider. These tires look too skinny.

Are my only choices something like this:
Cooper LT295/70R18 129\126Q which fits on 8 inch rim, and has 12 inch width and height of 34.25 (versus stock of 11.1 and 33.39),

Or do I have no choice but to do a lift if I want wider tires (and possibly new wheels as well?)

I don't think you will have a problem.
I will be putting 305/70R18 on my factory 18s

I saw a guy here where I live that put 315/70R18 toyos on his factory 18s with just a 2.5" level.
Slight *** at full lock.

Pics would be awesome. I'm leaning towards the Cooper at/3 at 295/70/18
Thanks!

Sorry man no pics. It was just a guy I saw at the gas station. Don't know him personally and haven't seen him sense.
I'm still gonna try and stuff 305/70R18's with not lift or level on my stock 18's.
I don't care if they rub a bit at full lock.

You don't need a lift or even a level to run 35's, such as a 285/75r18.

I leveled mine out and put on 35x12.50x18's with no problems at all. My wheels are 18x9 though, so they can handle a wider tire.

just put 295/70-18 cooper discoverer st maxx tires on my truck with a 2" front hellbent steel level spacer and stock 18" alloy rims off a 2014 2500. it looks totally awesome but I get alittle rubbing still on the control arms at full wheel lock. kind of annoying! thinking about 1" spacers. does anyone have any input on good quality spacers? pros/con?

Let's see some pictures.
I'm researching the spacer subject as well.
