I've got a 2003 Ram 1500 with the 4.7, and it has started to bog down/hesitate on me. Occasionally when I come to a stop light or stop sign it will bog on me when I try to take off. I just sits at the same RPM regardless of how much gas I'm giving it, then it will ramp up after a few seconds of bog.
It seems to do it more often in colder weather. As it didn't do it at all for 2 months at all during the summer.
It has only died 2 times while doing this in parking lots. I'm passing this truck on to my daughter now, and I need to get it addressed before it gets her in trouble.
Any help is much appreciated!
