After finding a few vacant connectors and noticing over time others have asked the same questions, I DLed the Body Builder files. Again, this is specifically applicable to 2005 models. Wire colors seem to change from year to year-at least on audio, from what I've seen. Also, there doesn't seem to be 100% universal wiring, even on pretty low-tech stuff. On the "Fog Lamps For An ST" thread, there are some trucks with a fog light lead while others from the same model year don't have the lead.

As far as harnesses/switches/trim goes, you have to refer to the year-appropriate Parts Manual. It's pretty obvious that anything with "C" is a connector, but this is also good because items denoted "S" show where splices are within the harness. You may also see "G", which is grounds.
