I have a 2003 5.7 RCSB that I've owned for about 6 months and the AC has always been flawless. The previous owner said he had replaced some AC components and had it vacuumed and recharged several months before he sold it to me. It's not my everyday vehicle, it's usually driven every 2-3 days because I need a truck or just because I feel like driving it. It recently sat for a week without being driven or even started. It was at this time the AC stopped blowing cold, on its previous trip the AC worked great.
After looking around the engine bay to see if I could see or hear anything obvious, I found one of the AC lines was freezing up...
I went to AutoZone to rent gauges yesterday. This picture is with the gauges hooked up and the AC OFF.
This picture is with the AC ON
Here is video of the AC being turned on and off with the gauge hooked up. It starts with the AC just being turned on and then turned off midway through. The clutch is engaged the whole time the AC is on.

Thoughts? Seems like a blockage, but I don't know AC systems very well and realize it could be a number of things. I wonder why all of a sudden? Seems like I at the very least need an orifice tube and the system vacuumed and recharged and all. I stopped by a local shop and they said they could do that for about $85 but couldn't guarantee that would fix it. What else can I do to diagnose the problem and what else should be replaced if I'm gonna do the orifice tube? Does the compressor sound a little loud? Maybe its not getting the lubricating oil it needs because of the possible blockage?? Thanks all.
