CEL came on today HELP

So this code came on today. It has to have something to do with the radio I put in yesterday but all the wires are in the right place. About one mile after i started driving the dash went crazy and it said no can bus. The truck ran fine while it was doing this. Then after about another mile everything went back to normal, but every once in while the parking brake light, abs light and airbag light would flash and ding and then go off. Did I blow a fuse or something?

mine did the exact same thing. do you have the infinity system? there is supposed to be some bypass for the amp that the infinity radios are supposed to use. but i took my deck out and re installed it and it worked fine. i dont know what happened but the first time mine said the same thing

I think there are two wires that are touching and thats whats causing the problem.

I fixed the wires that I think were the problem but I haven't driven it since Friday so ill know tomorrow if its fixed.
