This may sound like a weird question but does anyone know if there is a way to make it to where you could set cruise control to a speed below 30. Would it involve reprogramming the computer or is it even possible?

What would be the point? For the record, it would require OEM level programming access to do it.

In my job I drive about 500-600 miles a week and I drive through a lot of 15 mph school zones. It would just be easier to not get a ticket if I could set cruise control to 15 mph.

I have had this same thought process as well.
