My truck has been thudding while I am driving. So I checked my drivers side cv joint and it was very loose so I had it replaced. On the way home from picking the truck up, it started to make the same noise again.... I checked the new cv joint and it was already loose... I give up! Any clue what the problem might be and what I have to do to stop this from happening?

Where is it loose? If it's on the axle side of it, the axle shaft itself it probably worn out too. I'd fix that soon before it ruins your new CV joint. I know this is the case with mine.
