I have a 2002 Ram SLT 1500 Crew Cab. This truck started to have a nasty shake shortly after I bought it used. The shake starts around 60 mph and gets worse the faster you go. I do have a little mechanical know how.....it's not coming from the front, as there is no shake in the steering wheel. I have read about the rearend having backlash issues that could cause this...anyone dealt with this?

No steering shake 60 MPH in 2wd (I lived it for 2 years) = replace fromt 1/2 shafts, and she'll be smooth as butter. Dan

CV Shaft, external to, and clipped to (the axle shaft) via hardy spicer pot via clip. Does that make any sense? If you where talkin to OP never mind "Miller Time"..
