So on my 4000 mile road trip my gas gauge has stoped working. I filled the tank then during driving i checked it and it was sitting about 3/4 tank 50 miles later it went back to full. any one have any idea what the problem may be. gauge bounced between 1/2 and full all day despite 300 miles on the tank of fuel.
