Heater hose nipple

I have a 2004 RAM with a 4.7 with 185,000 miles. I noticed a coolant leak and it is coming from the upper heater hose nipple on the block. Is this a dealer only item?

so it was a piece you were able to get outside of the dealer?

I didnt want to keep searching when it was only $5.. I picked up 2 new ones and swapped the discharge and intake side.

First when I called those fockers they told me $30 for 1 nipple, but it turns out they are rahtards and didnt know WTF I was talking about so I went in there in person and got it.
