horn chirps when I open door 4 some reason

I have an 02 dodge ram 1500 SLT 5.9

For some reason out of the blue.. whenever I open any door I get this quick faint horn chirp. It does not do it all the time.. it just seems to do it after it has been sitting for awhile. The first time you open the door you get a chirp.. thereafter, nothing.

Any thoughts??

Additionally, (may be unrelated) but tonight the truck won't start. Cranks but won't fire.

I have similar issue on my 2005. If I open a door while the engine is running, sometimes the alarm (horn) keeps going off. If I make sure the doors are unlocked first, then it usually doesn't happen.
I have also had a couple times of no start but plenty of cranking. And last night going down the road it just died completely. Plenty of cranking but no starting.
It's also been telling me there is a lamp out intermittently, but I can't find the foul bulb.

FCM 100% is the issue.
