Okay, let me first describe what's happening, and then what I have tried based on previous searches.

I'm getting a bulb out warning when all of the following conditions are met: engine is running (not just in the "ON" position), the headlights are on, I turn my left turn signal on. Furthermore, it goes away and the bulb starts flashing at normal speed when I depress the brake.

I have tried replacing the tail light circuit board and replacing all 6 lights in the he rear. It still does it. What else should I try?

I would download the manual and do some research. But does sound like it could point at the FCM.
My Dodge: Dodge Owners Service Manuals - Dodge Cars, Minivans, SUVs

I have the service manual downloaded already; does it have troubleshooting in there for electrical issues?

Also, should I try replacing the front turnsignals as well, just for fun, before spending a lot of money on the switch or module? I guess I might as well try; Spending $6 instead of whatever the cost is for the other options.

I just gravitated towards thinking it was the rear because it goes away when I press the brake pedal.

the thing is brake light and turn signal are split up in rear Brake/tail on bottom bulb & Trun/tail is top bulb so something seems to be crossing things up before there
do they work right when lights are off and switch is on
and what does your 4way flashers do normal operation or what

I have normal operation when my headlights are off. I get the warning when I turn my hazards on.

That almost seems to me like it would make it the FCM, if it was between that or the multi-function switch.

I've seen used ones in the $100-120 range. New is almost $400!

Idk, it's not hard to make an electronics module work properly lol. This is what I have to say about putting cheap **** into trucks to save pennies: :flipthebird:

Is the FCM on the 06 the same as on the 04? If so, I could borrow dad's to see for sure if that is the issue.
