fomy truck is an 03 2500 with duel climate control. with the fan speed control knob in the off position and the truck heated up, i can turn the fan on nomatter what position the area selector is in and i have no heat on the drivers side. when you first tunr the fan on its hot for a few seconds and then goes semi cold. it doesnt matter which area its on it still does the same thing. i noticed my temp control knob for the drivers side has a slight catch in it just before it gets to the end of the hot zone but even if you stop it before the catch it still does the same thing. not too sure if it would be the climate control unti itself or maybe something else since it blows hot for a few seconds. the passenger side works fine but wont keep the kiddos as warm as id like in the back. any ideas here?
