Before doing all this to make sure you really have a cut circuit in the fuse box take off your relay 73 look underneath it you will see numbers with the truck running test the points 30 and 85 for power in the fuse box then test for ground at points 86 and 87 this in the fuse box! if you dont have ground on point 86 this post is for you =P you can also jump a wire from point 30 to 87 that sould make your lights turn on but thats no fix they will always stay on even with no key in the switch 20150512_133907.jpg pretty basic im new to this and could only post 5 pics but here we go get your fuse box out unplug the 7 plugs underneat and take all the fuses out of it , like you can in this picture the 3 holes indicated have little plastic caps melted on top i just drilled the heads off ( dont drill deap they're as thick as a dime no need to drill deap ) 20150512_134108.jpg after you must pry the top section off as you can see theres probably only 5 little clips around and it pops up! 20150512_134253.jpg next we see the electric card the black piece on the left is just slided on top of the electric card you can easily seperate them appart and put the black part a side. Mine here is already fixed with a jumper wire the reason you need this jumper wire is that the copper is really thin and cheap in these card and the cut and that cuts the ground signal sent from the fmc module to the relay 73. 20150512_134329.jpg numbers are indicated on the card .We are looking for point 15 so where it's indicated 10 count from right to left from there and start counting from 10 and up . 10 11 12 etc and thats where you need to weld a small wire i also added son hot glue to insure it doesnt make contact with nothing else . dont worry about the wire being squished you have a certain amount of space between the card and the black plastics . 20150512_134339.jpg and now for my last picture this pin here is the one that your relay 73 goes on ,so your pin 15 from the last picture is suppost to have continuity to this point i tryed welding the wire direct to this pin but it didnt seem to stick proprely so i ran the wire to the other side where that pin is welded on the card ! And voila !! But all this back together and should do the trick ! I was going to replace the whole fuse box but new was 916$ down her and scrap yards dont have them and told me i would have a hard time finding one since they always break so this was be best way i could save it without any external wires or axillary switches etc ! Hope this helps !! =)

if you look in this picture with the truck running one on the bottom and on the right should be positive and one the the left and top should be ground but the one on the left ( the one thats circuled) is where you wont have ground and can proceed to this fix! relay 73 fix.jpg also from what i was talking about earlier . The wire that i couldnt weld to this pin so i have to weld it to where the pin is welded . gives you more of an idea 20150512_134339.jpg

Anybody have issues with a later model fuse block? I have the same issue, however, mine is not a circuit board...it's several layers of plastic with pins attached to them, all on top of a circuit board.
