So I have a nice long day ahead of me coming up. I am replacing UCA on both sides, lower ball joints as well as tie rod inner and outer. I have some questions and can't find the answers (for 02 anyway).

What are the torque specs for the lower ball joint nut, tie rod nut, UCA ball joint nut and UCA to frame?

Inner tie rod baffle is secured by a ring clamp. Can the clip be removed without destroying it so I can reuse it? Reason is I can't find a replacement anywhere, not on-line through anyone or even at the auto part stores. If it can't be saved and I can't find a replacement, what should I use in it's place? Hose clamp that screw tightens?

Thanks for any help.

So I managed to just find a service manual for 02-09 Rams online. So I answered my own torque spec questions but the inner tie rod baffle ring clamp question remains.

Just FYI on the torque specs (2002 1500 4x4)

UCA Frame nuts 130#
UCA Ball joint nut 40# then an additional 90 degrees

Lower ball joint nut 38# then an additional 90 degrees

Tie rod end nut 45# then an additional 90 degrees
