01 Dodge Ram 4x4 problems

So if I switch my truck into 4x4 it engages just fine but if I continue to drive after are 15 seconds it automatically kicks out and goes bad to 2 wheel drive. Anyone know what the cause might be

Check vacuum lines running into the CAD on the front axle for leaks. If they look good pull the cad and look inside for damage.
