The 4x4 indicator light wont come on in the dash cluster
I have checked to make sure the vacuum system I the truck is operational by switching the HVAC modes (dfrost, upper vent lower vent) all work fine
It is my understanding al the vacume runs off the same system
I have also checked the steel lines connected to the shift actuator and they are clear (had a problem with one being clogged a while ago and changed it out but they are both clear)
Not sure where to go from here
Change out the shift fork actuator on the axle housing??
No engagement of front axels
have vacuum so that would be the actuator motor
Any good source for that part
