98 3500 cluster help

I have a 98 3500 5.9 td. The dash cluster does not work other then the tach, is there somewhere ...

Default 98 3500 cluster help
I have a 98 3500 5.9 td. The dash cluster does not work other then the tach, is there somewhere I can look to fix it? I checked fuses, nothing seams to be for the cluster tho.

Before the key is I. The ignition hold the mileage reset button down on the cluster hold it in while holding it turn key to on position and u should see all the gauges start to move and release if all gauges work it's the truck not the cluster
