Control arm woes

Driver side control arm has a whole lot of slop in it. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need to replace in order to get it firm again. https://vimeo.com/194376064

Hard to tell from the small video and angle but it looks to me that all that slop is in the upper and lower ball joints. . .

OK that seems logical seeing as I can see in the video that's where most the movement is at
