2001 RAM sport. Before I tear into the rear end was wandering what u guys thought it could be I can take the drive shaft rear flange and move it up and down and side to side ujoints are good and tight just don't want to loose the drive shaft goin down the road in info would help never messed with a rear end before

I would take the drive shaft off and see if the yolk on the rear end needs tightening. If it is the pinion bolt you should be able to hit it with an impact to get it back tight. (just don't over tighten it) lol hope this helps
