I got the guy talked down to $1200 right now... My thinking is if we get it, I could swap the bumper and grille onto mine and then turn around and sell it and make a little bit of money off of it... I know it says the transmission needs replaced, but I can find one for $300 on Craigslist... Thoughts?

No the black plastic molding that goes on the top of it is missing, but I'll just take the one off mine and use it.
