Hi, I have a 99 RAM 1500 4X4 AUTO. I have a leak at the rear end pinion seal. I have all ready replace the seal, but it still is leaking pretty bad. I'm looking at the yoke for wear , has very minor wear. I installed new U joints , so I had the driveshaft out. Thanks ahead of time!

Verify you have no hairline fractures in the cast iron pumpkin. If that's all good you may simply need to replace the seal again

I put silicone around the seal lip. Then drove it in. I put two in and they both leaked, the 3rd one I sealed.
