After driving a SCSB Rumble Bee today at work I REALLY want a 3rd gen. The HEMI power is freaking sweet!! Just thought I'd share my depression lol

Suggestion...

Save up about a years worth of Hemi payments, increased insurance and license and put into your truck. Or take out a short term loan for the same and get you some real mods.

Not a bad idea, I'd love to have my 360 pushing around the HP numbers of a new hemi, total sleeper lol!

funny you guys say that about all 3 motors. i bought my son a 04 z71 rc silverado. the 5.3 runs great. have a hemi awd durango(wifes), it runs great too. but i still love my 5.9. though stock my 5.9 was pretty doggy. the hemi and the vortech 5.3 are stock motors and neither of them are dogs. but i can blow both there doors now. just took 10k under the hood to do it.lol

Upgrade to?

either
2004-2006 cummins with low miles
2007 or newer sierra or silverado
2007 or newer 2500 hd gas dodge or gm
2007 or newer tahoe/yukon
no fords
i didn't do enough research when i bought mine...
bought it for 15k with 4 year 48k warranty for 15k. with 50k miles from local dealership. 1 month later i had to repaint the box because it was so rusted. it's been to the dealer 5 times in the last 6 months...
sorry to hijack thread.

fuel regulator went causing a no start condition
2 water pumps have been put in
power steering went out (rack and pinion among other things)
a power steering hose decided to brake while driving the other day.

and i have had the truck 6 months now and put 15k miles on it

My buddy has everything in his engine modded on his 5.9. Litterally everything. I can pretty much keep up with him and that was before the tuner.
