So today being my day off I changed my oil. Being 30 degrees, I wasn't very happy about crawling under my truck in the driveway. I really wasn't happy when only a couple quarts came out :/. WTF to do now? I guess I'll check the TB for oil to see if the plenum is leaking If not I don't know what the hell else to do...

Sounds like a case of plenum leak. I had the same thing. Scared me to death. But trucks fine. Fix the plenum and you will be good.

plugs could tell you had bad it was. my plenum had been blown a while and kept fowling my #8 plug in a matter of weeks. I finally researched it and found out what the plenum problem was.

I posted a TSB on oil in plenum & how to check it for sure. My Jeep 5.9 Limited had oil residue in the plenum & it turned out to be a PCV valve. I believe the TBS is in the DIY section or Tech section. I'm not saying it isn't the plenum gasket but Dodge has a test to check it & be sure. The test is easy.
