Does anyone know where I can find a NEW steering box for a 1500 2WD? All I can find is 2500-3500 4WD boxes. Upgrade over stock is fine and might actually be better in my case.
I have had it with these remanufactured pieces of ****. I have put 3 boxes in my truck and all of them have had play. All any of the reman companies do is rebuild the hydraulics and paint it. They don't seem to address the real issue with Dodge steering boxes which is the gears themselves! All I want is smooth steering; is that too much to ask?
