Looks like it to me. Hard to tell from that angle as those early models had such huge square fender openings.

I would say yes. I had a 99 1500 for many trouble free miles, enjoy.

Welcome to RF! It looks pretty stock to me. Most people would just throw a coil spacer on the front, and it doesn't appear to have one.

Gen II 2500 Gassers sat pretty darned tall from MaMopar.
