Like the title states, my buddy has a 91 Chevy Silverado with the NV3500 5speed. He wants to buy his dad's truck which is a 2001 1500 auto 2wd with the 5.2. I know what the procedure is to swap in an NV3500 from another Dodge, but i'm unsure if Chevy used the same bell housing and output spline.
Nothing is set now, i'm trying to find information on if the swap between brands is possible.
