I just purchased a 1999 Ram 2500 with V-10. As I was driving it home, it is making a odd noise from the dash board area. It will start when you get to 30mph and when you drop below 30 it stops. When above 30mph, and you put it into 'N', the noise continues even when the RPMS drop to idle. Sounds "crackeling", non-metalic, not-fluid sound. The sound gets louder with speed, but does not increase in the intensity or frequency of the sound.
Any ideas???
