Hello
I have a 2002 Ram 1500 4x4 that I'm needing help with. Out of nowhere my truck would not pull in reverse and when I try to put the gear selector back into park a grinding noise comes from the area of my transfer case. While tinkering with it I found that when the truck is put into 4WD the truck will go into all gears and move. When the truck is in 2WD the rear drive shaft does not spin but in 4WD it does spin.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. This is my daily driver and I'm down and out with no transportation to work.
